Private Joe Armstrong (Michael Dudikoff) is forced to serve in the U.S. Army by a judge, as an alternative to prison. He saves Patricia Hickock (Judie Aronson) which is the daughter of Colonel William Hickock, Joe's commanding officer from a kidnapping attempt. Black Star Master ninja (Tadashi Yamashita) goes after Joe for revenge.
